Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 or older. Not open to employees or immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) of employees of SkinMedica, Inc., Red Door Interactive, Inc., or their affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners. Nor is the contest open to healthcare professionals unless they enter as a patient and use the product for personal use. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.

How to Enter. To enter visit www.vaniqa.com, click on the sweepstakes banner ad, and complete the online entry form. Limit one entry per e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on March 31, 2007. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be void. We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void.

Prize. The following prize will be awarded: A year's supply of VANIQA Cream (six 30 g. Tubes). The retail value of the prize is approximately $330.00. This sweepstakes contest limits you to reimbursement for your out-of-pocket costs for purchasing VANIQA. If you've paid for the full price of VANIQA, you will be reimbursed for that amount. If you've only paid a co-payment for your drug purchase you will reimbursed that amount. Proof of purchase or co-pay is required per the instructions below. To the extent that your prescriptions are paid for by a state or the federal government under Medicare, Medicaid or any other program or by a private third party payer such as an insurance company or HMO, you are not entitled to receive reimbursement. Again, this sweepstakes will reimburse you for any uncovered, out-of-pocket expenses you have incurred in purchasing VANIQA. Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to taxes (including income taxes).

Agreement to Use First Name/Last Initial in Future Advertising. By entering this contest you provide SkinMedica with your permission, to use your name, in part, to advertise on our website and/or other promotional materials to read "Congratulations to our most recent winner (s) – Sue S. [Insert your first name/last initial] from Anytown [insert name of your hometown], USA!"

Prize Drawing. Prize will be awarded at a random drawing held on April 2, 2007. Winner need not be present to win. We will notify the winner by e-mail or certified mail within seven business days of drawing. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed if the prize is not claimed within seven business days of notification, or if winner does not meet eligibility.

How to Obtain Your Reimbursement. Winner, after obtaining a prescription from a doctor and purchasing six 30 g. Tubes of VANIQA, must send their original pharmacy receipts to VANIQA Sweepstakes Winner 04/07, c/o SkinMedica, Inc., 5909 Sea Lion Place, Suite H, Carlsbad, CA, 92010. Receipts must be dated, and they must be the original pharmacy receipts, not register receipts. Envelope with receipts must be postmarked by April 2, 2008 and received by April 9, 2008 to be eligible for reimbursement of the actual price paid (retail price or co-pay). If you are not a current VANIQA user, talk to your physician to see if VANIQA is right for you.

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Terms. Participants release and agree to hold harmless SkinMedica, Inc. and Red Door Interactive, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries and partners and all of their respective directors, officers, representatives, employees, consultants and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related activity.

Additional Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this sweepstakes at any time and for any reason. We are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are we responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. In the event any technical errors occur in the selection of winner and more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided herein we reserve the right to award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. We may award a prize of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason. No cash alternative of any prize will be offered. By accepting the prize, winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that we will have no liability, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Our decisions related to the sweepstakes and the drawing are final. Except where prohibited by law, winner consents to receive e-mail from us by participating in this sweepstakes, but can opt out of e-mail receipt by following the instructions contained in any such e-mail.
